Vintage roses fabric bundle, vintage hankies, sweet pink and cream doily, little rose cup, little rose dish, rose tole tray, Victorian couple, rose hanger, several roses post cards, bag of millinery, several pieces of my favorite vintage wallpaper, bag of collage goodies and ceiling tin with rose print. I'll probably add a few more goodies too before it gets mailed out.
I was lucky enough to meet Debbie this spring while visiting my Dad in California. We were shopping at one of my favorite antique shops in Temecula, Serendipity, and had both just been to the La Maison Rustique barn sale when we mentioned our blogs to each other. Turns out we had both visited the other's blog. She is a real sweetie and I know she loves roses just as much as I do. Okay, maybe almost as much as I do. ha ha Debbie, please email me your mailing address so I can get these goodies off to you to enjoy.
Gold picture frames, funny sign, vintage "We Help Daddy" book, bag of wood finials, chippy little clock, smallish silver coffee pot (keeping for flowers), white hamper, toleware tissue box and neat vintage print in gold frame.
I bought the print mostly for the frame, but the picture is so sweet that I will probably just sell as is. A farmer and wife praying in the field. Probably for a good crop. I think the original is in the Louvre as there is a stamp on the back with details on the painter, name of picture, etc.
I also got this cute vintage white chair, fluffy down ticking pillow and adorable sixties bride and groom print.
Yesterday afternoon/evening I met Joy, Isabel and Joy's son Dusty over at Monticello to do a major re-working of our booth. It was dealer night so we had until 8:00pm to work our magic. We decided to try dividing our booth so that Isabel and I each have our own side. I have to say that I really like how it turned out. I was so tired I forgot to take pictures. Next time I'm over there I will get some pics so you can see how it looks. Afterwards we all went to a great Mexican restaurant for dinner. Thanks so much Joy and Dusty for all of your help and for the yummy dinner.
I am going to try to hit a few sales in my town this morning. Then I have to take my daughter into Portland this afternoon to get her hair re-colored as most of the red that was put in last week, washed out. Oh, the things we do for our kids.
Speaking of kids, mine will be flying down to California this weekend to visit their Grandparents for a whole week. This is the first time they have gone on a trip/plane without us. I am a little nervous about it, but know they will have a great time and it will be a good experience for them. Happy Friday!

Lucky Debbie! And lucky you for finding the neat things at the thrifts! I'm jealous, you know. Our thrifts never seem to have anything remotely as nice as the things you got.
